At Roseland Parc you get much more than a place to live. You have your own front door but we look after the day-to-day worries. You are free to enjoy yourself and, with so much going on, “retirement” takes on a whole new meaning.

The village offers a range of accommodation and facilities exclusively for the over 55’s. You will own your apartment or cottage with your own postal address, whether you choose the independent living or ‘hotel-style’ living properties. The latter is near the central amenities and offers an escape from the drudgery of daily domestic chores such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.

If you or your partner do need more care, a move to the Roseland Nursing Home will enable you to be only a few yards away from each other. It is a 37-bed purpose-built nursing home with en-suite bedrooms and communal spaces.

Roseland Parc offers residents the opportunity to make the most of their retirement years with its unique combination of leisure, social and care facilities.

There is a Spa and Leisure area which includes a 30 foot indoor swimming pool, hot tub, gym, hair and beauty salon and also a village shop and library.

The Palm View restaurant has a bar and a large terrace where you can enjoy stunning southerly views.

IN THE COMMUNITY

Even if you don’t live at Roseland Parc, there are still many ways to enjoy the facilities.

• The purpose built leisure club is available to over 55s from Tregony and the surrounding area. The monthly fee starts from just £22 and entitles members to use the facilities between 11am and 4pm and an on-site physiotherapist and hair and beauty salon are available at an additional cost. • A Meals on Wheels service is also available to the residents of Tregony with a freshly-cooked two or three course lunch delivered between 12.30pm and 1.30pm seven days a week at a cost of £4.50 a day. For more details please contact Ann on 01872 530665.
• Tailor-made care packages aimed at helping people maintain optimum independence are also available. Red Hat Services domiciliary care agency supports people in their own home, with a range of provisions including laundry/ironing and assisted shopping trips. • Roseland Parc also hosts regular coffee mornings and afternoon tea (details of which can be found in our Event section).
